Our mission as an Employee Engagement Committee is to provide resources and improvements throughout the workplace so that employees feel passionate about their jobs, are committed to our organization, and put discretionary effort into their work.  Our efforts go beyond activities, games, and events. Employee engagement drives performance and overall job satisfaction while improving retention and productivity levels. 

Our committee meets monthly to discuss and strategize initiatives based on both anonymous and openly provided feedback.  Once a plan has been implemented with set goals for that particular month, volunteers take on individual and team responsibilities to complete those goals to meet the needs of our team (both on-site and remote members of the organization).
